Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
At Equilite Equestrian Clothing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
Return Policy:
28-Day Return Period: You have 28 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
Condition of Items: To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached. We cannot accept worn, damaged, or altered items.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Exchanges and Refunds:
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process and indicate your preferred exchange.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed for eligible items within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Faulty Items: If you discover a genuine fault with the product, we will offer a refund or exchange, provided it is reported within 28 days of purchase and you have proof of purchase.
